Future Perfect Wine is made from hand-gathered fruit, hand crafted in our winery from brilliant vineyards right here in Santa Barbara County, California. With our vastly different microclimates, Santa Barbara County has the ability to grow almost any varietal in the world. I’m thrilled to include in my very limited offering: Rosé of Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Riesling, Grenache Noir, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Sparkling Rosé~Méthode Champenoise and Sparkling Blanc de Blanc~Méthode Champenoise.
